On Saturday, August 6, 2022, Outreach Community Health Centers hosted its annual Community Health and Resource Fair in the parking lot of Ebenezer Church of God in Christ, 3132 N. Dr. MLK, Jr., Drive. The health and resource fair was a great event for the entire family, which included giveaways of back packs and school supplies, giveaways of fresh produce, raffles and prizes, health education and resources were available, and there were health and fitness activities. Sponsors for the event included United Healthcare Community Plan, Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, Molina Healthcare, Johnson Financial Group, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Gruber Law Offices, Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute and BestEd.
